With VISALYS Bulk Fill, Kettenbach Dental introduces a packable bulk-fill composite that meaningfully expands its existing product line.
Perfectly complemented: Kettenbach Dental’s composite line continues to grow The new restorative composite VISALYS® Bulk Fill – for durable restorations within a system
With VISALYS Bulk Fill, Kettenbach Dental introduces a packable bulk-fill composite that meaningfully expands its existing product line. Developed for posterior restorations, the material combines efficient single-layer application with inherent material stability, addressing key requirements in everyday clinical practice.
With the introduction of VISALYS Bulk Fill, Kettenbach Dental continues to consistently expand its modular bulk system. In combination with the flowable VISALYS Bulk Flow, users benefit from a coordinated system that provides a suitable solution for both cavity bases and definitive restorations. This enables flexible implementation of individual treatment concepts—for efficient workflows and reliable results in daily practice.
Stable margins through low water absorption
A key feature of VISALYS Bulk Fill is its very low water absorption of just 9.8 µg/mm³. This property makes a significant contribution to the long-term stability of restorations, as it reduces the risk of marginal changes and supports the integrity of the filling over time. Combined with high abrasion resistance, this creates a reliable foundation for durable posterior restorations.
VISALYS Bulk Fill allows for quick and reliable single-layer application up to 4 mm. This reduces treatment steps and allows for more efficient workflows. The low polymerization shrinkage stress supports stress-free curing, while the excellent sculptability enables precise adaptation to the cavity. These features facilitate both direct application in practice and the implementation of advanced restorative concepts.
The one-shade concept ensures harmonious integration into the natural tooth structure, enabling esthetically convincing results without complex shade selection. At the same time, the material offers a broad range of indications—from Class I to Class V restorations, pediatric fillings, and core build-ups.
With VISALYS Bulk Fill, Kettenbach Dental expands its portfolio with a high-performance bulk-fill composite that stands out for its material stability, handling efficiency, and esthetic capabilities. The one-shade system allows users to experience just how esthetic a bulk composite can be.
